About the Position

Job Title: Charge CVOR RN Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year current hospital CVOR RN experience License: Active RN licensure in the state Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Charge CVOR RN experience - Candidates without these skills will not be considered Description: Travel opportunity for a Charge RN in Cardiovascular Surgery. The position involves working in a dynamic team environment. The unit includes 2 heart rooms with a potential for a third. Staffing consists of 4 RNs and 3 CSTs during the day shift. Patient ratios are typically 1:1. The equipment utilized includes EMR Meditech and CPN. Typical procedures performed include CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR. Candidates must possess a confident and positive attitude. Communication with staff and providers is essential. A commitment to patient experience is a priority. On-call requirements include 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month. An ECMO program is restarting, enhancing clinical opportunities.
