Building Plan Review & Compliance Officer
Town of Palm Beach
The Town of Palm Beach seeks a Building Plan Review & Compliance Officer to ensure safe, high-quality development in our premier coastal community. This role reviews residential and commercial construction plans for compliance with Florida Building Code, zoning, and life-safety standards; issues review comments and approvals; and coordinates with planning, fire, and public works. The position provides expert guidance to contractors, design professionals, and residents, supports inspections and code enforcement, and upholds the Town’s values of integrity, accountability, and responsive public service.
