Program Manager with privacy programs exp

Client is looking for Program Manager with Privacy Programs exp at Research Triangle Park, NC (Hybrid) for 6+Months contract Position.

Lead and complete large-scale, client-driven projects. Communicate with clients and customers to determine their needs or requirements.

Develop, design, and implement improved business processes or solutions to meet consumer expectations.

Assist with budgeting and financial status reports. 3 years of experience are required.

Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined.

Minimum Requirements: ( Must have Qualifications)

1.) 5+ years of experience in project, program, legal operations, privacy programs and data governance

2.) Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams with cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.

3.) Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish timelines, track dependencies, identify risks, and drive follow-through.

4.) Experience working effectively with Legal, Privacy , Product, or other corporate functions.

5.) Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and working sessions, establish clear objectives and agendas, guide discussions, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-up with cross-functional stakeholders.

6.) Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational effectiveness.

7.) Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate project status, risks, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

8.) Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and navigate ambiguity.

9.) Experience developing project plans, status reporting, presentations, process documentation, and other program materials.

Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: ( Nice to have Qualifications )

1.) Experience supporting a corporate privacy, data governance, compliance, legal operations, or risk management program .

2.) Experience coordinating initiatives that involve multiple Legal, Privacy, Product, or business stakeholders.

3.) Familiarity with privacy and data protection frameworks and regulations is a plus.

4.) Experience supporting privacy-related regulatory or certification initiatives and translating requirements into coordinated business activities.

5.) Including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), Global/Asia-Pacific CBPR systems, and related accountability or cross-border data transfer programs.

6.) Familiarity with adjacent privacy, security, and assurance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

7.) Ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, clarify ownership, establish governance, and increase operational efficiency.

Note:

I am the Privacy Legal Led. My team is responsible for the Privacy Program and Certifications. Would like a program manager with privacy experience in running data governance and privacy programs.
