Lead Data Analyst

Focusing on testing and designing best practices, the full-time Lead Data Analyst will establish standardized methodologies for evaluating new tools and processes within the Claims Triage and Automation program, working remotely. Key responsibilities Establish and standardize test and control methodologies for new tools and initiatives Prioritize A/B testing and randomized control designs to create consistent frameworks and reporting practices Collaborate with analysts and business partners to translate testing approaches into actionable recommendations Required qualifications A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with seven years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with five years of experience Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and statistical measurement approaches Strong understanding of experimentation principles, including control group design and measurement strategy Advanced SQL and Excel skills, with experience in Python, R, or SAS and Power BI/Tableau Ability to present complex analyses clearly and in a business-focused manner
