Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment. Excellent communication and time management skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
