Physical Therapist

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a physical therapist in a school setting in the Ottawa, OH area. This is a full-time, permanent position with great benefits offered and growth opportunities!

Job Duties

• Enhancing students' functional independence and participation in the educational environment.
• Evaluate and re-evaluate students to determine eligibility for services, develop individualized care plans aligned with the curriculum, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to ensure therapy goals support learning objectives.
• Work closely with teachers, aides, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and families to create a coordinated support system.
• Maintain progress notes, documentation for Medicaid when applicable, and compliance with state licensure and APTA standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Valid State of Ohio Physical Therapy License
• Valid CPR Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Driver's License
