Corporate Recruiter

Position Summary WIELAND’s Corporate Recruiters are an effective business partner who quickly understands the business goals, hiring needs and position requirements. This well-organized, motivated individual will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, while partnering with key leaders on identifying industry experts, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, and organizing and executing networking events. WIELAND’s Recruiters are integral in the growth of the company by truly applying one of WIELAND’s core values – identify and hire the best people. Job Functions Provide insight into the most effective recruiting opportunities to acquire top talent. Source candidates through various online tools, universities, referrals, and other creative tools. Communications with candidates from initial application through interviews, assessments, and completion of new hire paperwork. Conduct and coordinate orientations to newly hired employees. Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Directors and other hiring managers to ensure confidentiality and proper support in hiring goals. Qualifications 2 years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
