Position Overview Our Sales Associates are compensated for generating revenue by creating excitement over goal attainment, enrolling members, and building relationships with potential, new, and existing members. The ideal candidate is passionate about the fitness industry and interested in being part of a dynamic team that continues to positively impact the fitness journey of our members. Sales Compensation Base pay ($19.70/hr) + commission (10% of agreement value). Example 1: Member joins for Unlimited Membership (month-to-month) at $215. Sales Associate earns $21.50 commission. Example 2: Member joins for Unlimited Membership (12-month commitment) at $150/month ($1,800 value). Sales Associate earns $180 commission. Sales commissions eligibility is always subject to review and may be revoked at any time. Your Qualifications A passion for the fitness industry and helping people live healthy lives 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience Competitive drive to succeed in a commission sales and performance-based culture Excellent customer service and communication skills Independent, self-starter with strong organization skills and a passion for helping others In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques Specific Requirements Sales experience is preferred; sales experience in a health or fitness-related operation is a major plus. Comfortable with common office computer applications. Must be able to meet physical demands associated with demonstrating proper use of equipment and fitness techniques as well as equipment used for marketing events and be able to lift 45 pounds. High school diploma or GED required. A relevant degree or certificate is a bonus. Major Responsibilities Build community ties using company‑provided tools/programs (ex. community outreach) Create new business internally through member promotions, referrals, and the dissemination of guest passes Create new business externally through outside promotions (ex. hot spot mini promos and planned events) Reach out to potential members by phone and set appointments for potential new business Promote specials to current and future guests Complete agreements and manage daily planner/leads Successfully attain personal revenue targets Take potential members through club tours and connect the guests to facilities, equipment, services, and amenities Understand and explain how TITLE Boxing Club products/services will satisfy potential members’ needs Ask questions, build rapport, and earn the right to help the potential member find the path to reach their fitness goals Communicate professionally and authentically and find what holds the highest value to the potential member on a personal level Shifts We have 1 opening at this time: Monday‑Thursday 4:30pm to 9pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
