Shift & Schedule Monday - Friday **7:00 AM - 3:30 PM** Willingness to work reasonable overtime as needed Job Duties Include Set up and operate manual machine tools including **lathes, milling machines, and precision grinders** Build, maintain, assemble, and troubleshoot **powder compacting tooling** made from carbide and steel Assemble various die sets for different pressing applications Identify worn components and refurbish tooling to maintain product quality Troubleshoot die issues in the powder compacting process and modify tooling as needed Interpret prints, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders Collaborate with design engineers to optimize tooling and component designs Maintain high ethical and professional work standards Requirements **3+ years of Tool & Die making experience** High School Diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Basic shop math skills Experience with manual machines and precision grinders Ability to work full shifts and be dependable Preferred Experience Carbide machining experience Wire EDM programming, setup, and operation Benefits When Hired On 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account Paid time off Life insurance Flexible schedule Tuition reimbursement Referral program #J-18808-Ljbffr
