Head of Asia-Pacific Design Center (Brand Visual & Retail Space Design)

- Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Visual Communication, Interior/Spatial Design, or related field; 5+ years of design experience in specialty coffee, premium tea, or accessible luxury retail; 3+ years managing a design team.
- Dual expertise in brand graphic design and retail SI spatial design; proficiency in VI system development, full-scope marketing visual production, standardized chain store design, and commercial fit-out processes.
- Refined aesthetic sensibility aligned with the minimal, elevated quality of specialty coffee; portfolio with demonstrable brand visual and store design case studies ready to present.
- Proficient in the full design software suite; solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and drawing handoff; able to independently resolve on-site challenges.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills; results-driven, resilient under pressure, adaptable to the pace of brand evolution and store expansion. 1. Team & Systems Management Oversee the full design center operation; establish brand design standards, review protocols, and delivery workflows; manage graphic and spatial design teams; maintain quality control across project timelines, design integrity, and on-site execution.
- Brand Visual Design (partnering with Brand Marketing) Maintain and evolve the brand VI system; produce marketing visuals across all channels (campaign key visuals, product packaging, posters, lookbooks, social media assets, merchandise); ensure a consistent external brand aesthetic; support full-cycle marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations.
- Retail Space Design (partnering with Store Construction) Build a standardized SI system covering multiple store formats — facade, lighting, soft furnishings, and circulation layout; manage full-cycle new store design, construction drawing coordination, on-site supervision, and handover inspections; oversee renovation projects and ongoing spatial experience upgrades.
- Aesthetic Direction & Resource Management Benchmark against premium specialty coffee aesthetics and continuously refine brand visual and spatial systems; manage external design, construction, and soft furnishing vendors; optimize cost efficiency while balancing design quality, operational practicality, and build costs.
