The RTC Registered nurse is responsible for applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills to promote the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards. This position will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to RTC patients through education, nursing assessment, and administration of medication. The RTC Registered Nurse assesses physiological and psychosocial needs, implements nursing interventions, and communicates patient concerns to the healthcare team. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in nursing * Valid and current Texas RN license * BLS through American Heart Association * 5+ years RN experience * 2+ years ICU and Emergency Department * Completion annually of 10 CEU's related to Emergency Care * Able to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, o xygen administration, and intravenous therapy * Basic Computer Skills * Experience with EMRs Preferred Qualifications: * Clear communication skills both verbal and written Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
