Location: 10300 N Illinois st suite 1000 Carmel in 46290
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Do:
- Room patients and support providers during clinic visits
- Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations
- Assist with both clinical and administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
- Medical Assistant Certified required
- New graduates and IU Health MA Trainee graduates welcome
- Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Flexible, patient-focused, and open to feedback
What to Expect:
- Brand new clinic supporting 13 Primary Care providers
- Fast-paced clinic environment with patients scheduled every 15-30 minutes
- Majority of time spent rooming patients
- Collaborative team of 11 Medical Assistants
