Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
• Report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses and document accordingly
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
• Current CNA certification in the state of New York
• Ability to work PART_TIME schedule, including every other weekend
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
