SPIRE is currently hiring for a Teller (Member Service Officer) at our Mora branch.

• ENGAGE with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• EDUCATE our members on what SPIRE can do for them
• PROCESS transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
• GROW with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
• ENJOY working next to your SPIRE teammates and managers helping each other to succeed
• PROVIDE members with excellent service through face to face interactions on a daily basis

• You understand financial products and services or are interested in learning about them
• You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations

• You have a High School degree or GED (required); previous financial service experience a plus
