About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the financial architecture across a diverse portfolio of operating companies, investment vehicles, and family office activities. This role is pivotal in driving the company's financial strategy, with a focus on creating and maintaining world-class financial visibility, disciplined capital allocation frameworks, and the necessary infrastructure to support long-term growth. The Head of Finance will also be involved in forecasting, budgeting, cash management, tax planning, and establishing financial governance across multiple entities. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years' of finance leadership experience in relevant environments, with a strong background in capital allocation, treasury, and debt strategy. They must be adept at managing complex financial structures, have a deep understanding of corporate and fund accounting, and possess advanced financial modeling skills. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the expectation that the Head of Finance will be actively involved in building and optimizing financial systems. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are preferred. The candidate should be a trusted advisor, capable of delivering clear and honest financial insights, and must be deeply aligned with the company's mission and long-term goals.
