We collaborate, iterate, and execute with an eye toward the company mission and personal career growth.What You Will DoGuide system level test setup and operation across different environments within development and/ or production of Test EngineeringWork across multi-disciplined groups of engineers leading design, development and/or integration of test equipmentLead the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environmentsThis position is 100% ONSITE in Goleta, CA.Qualifications You Must HaveBachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience leading Test Systems EngineeringExperience leading the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environmentsExperience with leading design, development and/or integration of test equipmentThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
