Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and systems Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues Support preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently Help install, repair, and adjust machine components Use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely Document maintenance work and update system records Communicate issues and updates with team members Assist with inventory and parts tracking Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work with team members and vendors to complete maintenance tasks

High School diploma or equivalent Technical training or interest in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical work preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
