Role Description The Shed Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located at our Cincinnati Sheds location in Milford, OH. This role involves greeting and consulting with customers, understanding their storage and outdoor structure needs, and recommending suitable shed models, options, and upgrades. The Shed Sales Specialist prepares quotes, processes orders, manages basic paperwork, and follows up on leads and inquiries to close sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring the sales lot is well-organized and maintained, and coordinating with operations or delivery teams to support a smooth customer experience. The role also includes learning product features, participating in occasional training, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage visitors, ask effective questions, and provide clear product information. Proven Sales experience with the ability to convert inquiries into purchases and support basic Sales Management tasks such as tracking leads or updating records. Ability to participate in and deliver training related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer education as needed. Basic understanding of building materials or outdoor structures is helpful; willingness to learn product specifications and local regulations. Comfort working on-site in an outdoor lot environment, including standing for extended periods and walking the property with customers. Reliable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer conversations and follow-ups. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or basic computer literacy for entering orders and updating customer information. High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail, construction, or home improvement sales experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
