This role focuses primarily on orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation in a supportive environment. Shift Details Shift: Monday to Friday Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Shift Length: 8 hours Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Unit Information The position is located in an outpatient setting, with a patient mix of approximately 80% orthopedic cases and 20% neurological cases. Patient Care Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in a timely and effective manner. Conduct a maximum of 3 evaluations per day, following up with treatment sessions. Follow a 1:1 treatment ratio for evaluations and high-acuity neurological patients, while maintaining a 2:1 ratio for follow-up treatments. Manage an average caseload of 8 to 16 patients per day, depending on the mix of evaluations and follow-up treatments. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a physical therapy role.
