Pfizer seeks a Health & Science Professional (HSP) to increase territory sales and develop relationships with assigned customers in the Cardiology team, focusing on NVAF and VTE therapies. Role Summary The CARD HSP engages customers, provides product knowledge, and executes strategic business plans to meet sales objectives. The role requires strong customer, market, and business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Drive sales in the assigned territory. Engage with customers face‑to‑face and virtually. Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans. Identify and execute live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize customer impact. Build rapport and maintain relationships using digital and virtual tools. Analyze internal reports and analytics to identify strategic opportunities. Educate providers on product and disease state value propositions. Collaborate effectively and compliantly with internal teams to address inquiries and advance objectives. Complete administrative expectations on time and in compliance with policies. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of sales or promotional experience, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership, marketing, customer service, or account management. Full‑time military experience acceptable. Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record (no DUIs/DWIs in past 7 years). Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales or related marketing experience. Strong track record in sales or marketing, territory management, and communication. Experience with relevant disease states, therapeutic areas, and products. Knowledge of territory customers and markets. Residence within the territory boundaries. Other Job Details Territory: Central Las Vegas, Winchester. Last Date to Apply: June 16, 2026. Annual base salary: $76,000 – $199,600. Initial new hire training period: salary non‑exempt with overtime eligibility; post‑training: overtime exempt. Quarterly sales incentive bonus available.
