Senior Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team. This role will serve as a key partner to Marketing, Executive Leadership, Operations, Finance, and Product teams by delivering actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, campaign performance, and business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing measurement. You will own marketing performance reporting, web analytics, experimentation, and attribution analysis while helping shape data-driven decision making across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in a major website redesign initiative, influence marketing strategy, and provide recommendations that directly impact business outcomes. What You'll Do Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for marketing stakeholders Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels and provide actionable recommendations Measure and optimize customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and ROI metrics Own web analytics reporting and tracking strategy for a new website launch Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to implement analytics and tracking requirements Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests and conversion optimization initiatives Develop attribution reporting and marketing performance insights Translate complex data into clear business recommendations for executive leadership Conduct ad hoc analyses and strategic projects supporting growth initiatives Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to improve data quality, reporting automation, and analytics capabilities Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a related field Advanced SQL skills with the ability to independently query and analyze large datasets Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI visualization tools Strong marketing analytics experience including campaign measurement and performance reporting Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) or Adobe Analytics Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design Hands-on experience with A/B testing and test measurement methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present insights to leadership Preferred Qualifications Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or credit unions Knowledge of Google Ads and paid media performance analysis Experience with attribution modeling and customer journey analytics Familiarity with Azure-based data environments Experience supporting website launches, redesigns, or digital transformation initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Harnham
