About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Banquet House Attendant to join our Banquet Team. We are looking for candidates who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.

What You'll Do

• Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and banquet equipment according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and floor plans.
• Complete room setups on time, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and accuracy.
• Maintain organized storage areas and handle equipment with care.
• Respond promptly to setup changes and communicate equipment or maintenance needs.
• Work closely with banquet leadership and colleagues to support seamless events.

What You'll Bring

• Prior experience as a Banquet House Attendant in luxury resort/hotel setting and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to follow floor plans and detailed setup instructions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• A dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to guest service.

• An active, fast-paced environment involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving banquet equipment.
• A supportive team that values respect, exceptional service, and the Golden Rule: treating others as you wish to be treated.
• Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
