Job Overview
We are hiring Production Laborers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team! In this role, you will operate production machinery, inspect products for quality, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and consistent hours.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Work effectively in a team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous production or machine operating experience (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures
- Fast-paced production environment
Dress Code
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Casual clothing (no graphic shirts or tank tops)
- Water allowed in clear, non-breakable containers in work areas
