As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.Job ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end market expansion product delivery from strategy and business case through driving for roadmap, execution, launch, and stabilization; define scope, success metrics, and go/no-go recommendationsLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsDefine KPIs and provide concise executive reporting that surfaces progress, risks, issues, and mitigations earlyEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersManage a team of Product Delivery Managers, assign and prioritize work across initiatives, standardize ways of working, and ensure consistent delivery rigor and operating cadence at scaleRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategiesWorking knowledge of market-entry regulatory/compliance domainsStrong senior stakeholder management and executive-level written/verbal communicationPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsJPMorgan Chase & Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Veterans
