Project Manager

Lead full project lifecycle management including buyout, contracts, budgeting, and schedule oversight. Own and manage the master schedule using Primavera P6 Collaborate closely with estimating post‑bid to refine scope and delivery approach Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive problem solving Support site operations as needed to maintain a cohesive, hands‑on project environment Ensure all work complies with federal requirements and secure‑site access standards Qualifications At least 3 years of project management experience with a general contractor Has managed ground up $15M+ commercial projects Experience in one of the following sectors - federal, aviation, healthcare, K-12, higher ed Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, and project controls Pay range and compensation package $125-150k Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
