About The Role The role drives execution across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams — owning the plans, dependencies, and communication rhythms that keep multi-quarter programs on track. The technical domain is broad: cloud infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and internal tooling launches. You will translate ambiguous goals into milestones, surface risks before they become blockers, and give leadership a clear, honest picture of status. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program plans for cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams Drive weekly execution: standups, sprint planning support, dependency tracking, and escalation management across 3-5 concurrent workstreams Build and maintain program dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and Asana that give leadership real-time visibility into status, risks, and trade-offs Run launch readiness for major product and infrastructure releases, coordinating checklists, rollback plans, and go/no-go decisions Facilitate scoping and planning sessions with technical leads; translate architectural constraints into realistic timelines Communicate program status to executives through concise written updates and stakeholder reviews Identify recurring execution gaps and institute lightweight processes, templates, and rituals that scale What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of program or project management experience, ideally in software or cloud infrastructure environments Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing APIs, CI/CD, system dependencies, and trade-offs with engineers Expert-level command of Jira, Asana, or similar tools, plus strong spreadsheets and data-analysis skills Proven track record shipping complex, multi-team programs with measurable outcomes Excellent written communication; can distill messy technical detail into clear executive summaries Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
