FTK Construction Services, a rapidly growing company, is seeking a skilled Multifamily Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating costs for Multifamily Residential & Affordable Housing construction projects. This role involves analyzing project plans, preparing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates must reside in the DFW area.
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure all estimates are accurate, competitive, and completed within deadlines.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask, meet critical deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in multifamily projects.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Procore, Bluebeam).
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
