Sr Data Analyst - (Brand Consultant)

The Product Quality Analytics (PQA) team seeks a highly skilled brand consultant focused on data storytelling to support global Quality, Safety, and Sustainability. This role collaborates with global brand teams, quality engineering, and stakeholders to drive data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement. What Your Impact Will Be Conduct thorough data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings in a clear and visually engaging manner. Prepare and deliver high‑impact insights and lessons learned presentations to stakeholders to drive the development of high‑quality products. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into effective insights for future development. Assist in development of dashboards and tools, collaborating with the PQA data team and brand teams for proposals to enhance interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau. Mentor and train cross‑functional team members to use analytical tools independently, fostering a data‑driven culture. Stay current with trends and technologies in data storytelling and analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve insights and storytelling capabilities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Domestic travel on occasion. What We’re Looking For Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and data storytelling, with a demonstrated influence on actionable decisions. Highly technical skills in Tableau, Confluence, and Jira; strong analytical and data visualization abilities. Familiarity with AI tooling, BigQuery, and programming in Python or R is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or a related analytical field is required.
