Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist within our therapy team at Mennonite Village located in Albany, OR . Position Highlights:

- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions includingorthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders
- Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy
- State license
- One year of experience as a PT
