Home Care Aide
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides in Troy, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.
- Help with mobility and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ condition to supervisors.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes in Troy, MI.
