Responsibilities

.As a Senior Finance Project Manager, you will not just monitor plans—you will steer execution across global workstreams covering People, Process, Technology, and Acquisitions:

• Spearhead & Co-Manage large-scale financial system integrations and target operating model (TOM) rollouts across global business units.

• Command Executive Forums by driving high-stakes meetings, establishing crisp agendas, securing cross-functional buy-in, and delivering decisive status updates to C-suite and Senior Leadership.

• Architect Strategic Roadmaps including business cases, comprehensive risk-mitigation frameworks, and detailed hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) project schedules.

• Bridge Complex Functions by uniting Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, and IT stakeholders to embed strict financial controls into newly integrated business applications.

• Navigate & Pivot rapidly through shifting priorities, translating ambiguous requirements into structured, actionable project plans using modern tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike).

• Mitigate Risk Proactively by surfacing bottlenecks early, driving fast decision-making, and keeping multi-million-dollar deliverables strictly on target.
