Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed. Collaborate with healthcare providers to create individualized anesthesia plans. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process. Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation. Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions. Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program. Current CRNA certification and state licensure. Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
