About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and developing customer service center staff. This includes using effective people performance management and workplace health and safety practices. The role involves analyzing complex issues, resolving problems, and supervising the operations of the customer service center, ensuring the delivery of services across multiple channels. The Senior Advisor will also be the primary point of contact for escalating customer concerns and complaints, addressing them professionally and in a timely manner. Applicants for the Senior Advisor position at the company should be adept at utilizing consultative management techniques to train and develop staff, and ensure the optimal use of resources within a cohesive team environment.
