I truly feel at home with ASM!”- General Manager, with Absolute since November 2021 Job Snapshot – Key Aspects of the Role Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties to ensure everything is operating safely and efficiently Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issues Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and inspections Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled proceduresObtain estimates for supplies and repair parts; order materials as instructed Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of buildings, units, and grounds Communicate regularly with property teams regarding maintenance needs, budgets, and completed work Assist with coordinating external vendors and contractors for larger repair or capital improvement projects Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times Property Hours Monday - Tuesday: 9:00AM-5:00PM Wednesday: Closed Thursday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM Saturday: 9:00AM-3:00PM Sunday: Closed Brainy Stuff: What Makes Our Hearts Flutter High school diploma/GED required Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
