Tractor & Equipment Sales – Ocala, FL Crystal Tractor of Ocala | Full-Time

You’ll fit if you:

• Actually like people and can build real relationships
• Have customer-service skills (sales experience is nice, not required)
• Can stay sharp and persuasive when someone’s on the fence
• Hold yourself to high standards without being a tool about it
• Communicate clearly in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Look presentable (jeans are fine, just not the ones with holes that show your entire knee)
• Have a clean driving record and valid license
• Don’t mind a background check and drug screen

The day-to-day

• Absorb product training until you can talk tractor specs in your sleep
• Help customers figure out what they actually need (not just what they think they want)
• Set goals, own your numbers, and chase them
• Handle quotes, follow-ups, credit apps, and the necessary paperwork
• Support online buyers through our eSales side
• Stay in touch with past and future customers so the deals keep coming
