Job DescriptionWGL - Manager, Facility Security Operations Security today requires more than monitoring systems and responding to incidents. It requires strong leadership, modern security practices, and the ability to protect people, facilities, and critical operations in an evolving risk environment. WGL is seeking a Manager, Facility Security Operations to lead and strengthen our physical security program across the utility business. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of our Physical Security Operations Center (SOC), contract security services, access control and badging programs, surveillance systems, and security response activities while helping shape the future of the program through modernization, process improvements, and operational excellence. The position also leads a team of security professionals and vendors responsible for protecting personnel, assets, and critical infrastructure across multiple locations.
