Bonus: Monthly opportunity based on production goals; Quarterly opportunity based on safety goals Monthly Birthday/Anniversary recognition Located at: 1655 Awl Circle, Salt Lake City, UT 84104 Who You Are A reliable, motivated team member who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, safely handling glass, performing physically demanding work, and producing high‑quality products with efficiency while continuously developing skills and supporting team success. What You Will Be Doing Safety move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily while wearing all required PPE Participate in production stand down meetings to discuss safety, production goals etc. Work in all areas of production as needed – Cutting, tempering, fabrication, shipping/receiving – and perform different job functions on a rotating basis Transport materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product Inspect glass to ensure quality standards are met. Inspect for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.) Operate production equipment or machinery to support the production processUnderstand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow Ensure product is within the product specifications by utilizing a tape measure Maintain a safe and clean work area Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job Other duties as assigned by team lead, and department supervisor. Skills You Bring Must be at least 18 years old One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, highly preferred Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends) High School Diploma or GED, preferred Why Trulite Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
