Event and ABM Marketing Manager

To support a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Event and ABM Marketing Manager will own the B2B event program, manage account-based marketing initiatives, and oversee enterprise loyalty and swag programs, with responsibilities including planning and executing 15+ annual events and building strategies to win enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of 15+ B2B events annually, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies targeting enterprise accounts, including campaign design and execution Oversee loyalty and swag programs from idea generation to execution, ensuring profitability and alignment with performance metrics Required qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, and account-based marketing Proven track record of managing an event program with at least 10 events per year and driving measurable revenue impact Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data analysis using BI tools like Tableau Experience in designing and managing loyalty or incentive programs with measurable outcomes Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and budget reconciliation
