Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact, resolving inquiries efficiently to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Documentation: Accurately track customer interactions and sales leads within our system to ensure seamless follow-up. What We’re Looking For Call Center Expertise: Proven experience managing high-volume call traffic in a professional environment. Management Background: Prior experience in a leadership or management capacity is highly preferred. Sales Savvy: Experience in Inside Sales or a consultative sales environment is a major plus. Communication Skills: Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful under pressure.
