Title: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Landover, MD 20785 Requisition Number: 229381 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Benefits & Compensation Comprehensive 10-week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority of work a 4-day workweek Majority of work no nights or weekendsMonthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Key Responsibilities Face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills / Qualifications Required Meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs Have an active driver's license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding previous employment Meet the physical requirements of the position High School diploma, GED, or Military Service Strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment to meet goals Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit This is a rewarding opportunity!
