NYC Litigation Associate - AmLaw & Vault 50 - Complex Commercial Disputes

LHH is partnering with an AmLaw & Vault 50 ranked firm seeking to grow their Litigation department in New York City.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to gain hands-on experience across all phases of litigation while working alongside nationally recognized litigators on complex, high-stakes matters.

• Broad litigation exposure including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals
• Opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial disputes across industries
• Strong mentorship and direct partner interaction
• Collaborative team environment with excellent training and development
• Hybrid schedule (Flexible 3 days in office)

What they’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of general litigation experience from a peer law firm
• Experience drafting and responding to complaints, managing discovery, and substantive motion practice
• Strong research and legal writing skills
• Strong academic credentials
• New York bar admission preferred
