Our client, an emerging contemporary eyewear retailer redefining the shopping experience through a curated assortment of premium accessories, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the opening of its first retail kiosk location. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven retail leader to build a high-performing team, establish operational excellence, and help shape the future of a rapidly growing brand. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of daily store operations while delivering an elevated customer experience Drive individual and team sales performance through coaching, motivation, and client engagement Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a successful retail team Oversee scheduling, inventory control, stock movement, and operational execution Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards throughout the store Partner with leadership to support the successful launch of the location and implement operational best practices Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity, and service Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience in a sales-focused environment Demonstrated success leading teams and consistently achieving sales goals Experience working in a shopping mall environment is strongly preferred Passion for fashion, accessories, or contemporary retail brands Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable leading from the sales floor in a hands-on management role Spanish fluency is highly preferred Experience within the eyewear industry is a plus, but not required Please submit your resume for consideration.
