Clinic Manager/ Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary (List Format):

- Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, including two SLPAs, in a reputable pediatric clinic.
- Manage a partial client caseload, allowing dedicated time for supervision and team management.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to provide education and support regarding clients' care.
- Conduct diagnostic and assessment services for pediatric clients.
- Develop individualized plan of care and treatment goals for clients.
- Ensure consistent documentation and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Lead team-building efforts, manage staff, and provide training and mentorship.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapy and Speech services.
- Opportunity to help grow and shape the clinic's practice and instill best practices.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience, with a focus on pediatric populations.
- Eligible for or holds an Alaska state license.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary stipend plus pay-per-session model (total income $120-135K+).
