Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced School Psychologist for a unique and rewarding assignment supporting an elementary-aged student. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while conducting comprehensive student assessments.
?? Position Overview
The School Psychologist will provide psychological assessment services and support student eligibility for educational services. This assignment requires travel to Utah to complete in-person evaluations for a student previously enrolled in a California school district.
Responsibilities
? Conduct cognitive assessments
? Perform academic assessments
? Complete health-related assessments
? Conduct student observations
? Prepare evaluation reports and recommendations
? Collaborate with educational teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
? Current School Psychologist license and/or certification in the state of assignment
? Master's Degree in Psychology preferred
? Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations preferred
? Strong assessment and reporting skills
? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Must maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment
Experience in pediatric and adolescent population is preferred
Master's degree in psychology preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
