Qualifications We are Looking For: 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Proficient with dental assisting techniques and protocols Familiarity with 3D scanning and taking x-rays Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated and reliable with a willingness to learn and work. Friendly, calm demeanor and team-focused attitude Current CPR certification (optional) Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills Willing to work What You’ll Do: Welcome patients into the treatment area and help them feel comfortable Assist the dentist chairside during patient visits Set up and clean operatories and maintain sterilization protocols Monitor and manage inventory and supply orders Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow Help with training and mentoring additional team members as we grow Provide excellent patient care with a warm and professional manner Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies Why You’ll Love Working Here: No weekends or late evenings — enjoy your life outside of work!
