Project Manager

Overview:

Role: Project Manager

Location: 100% Onsite - Florence, SC (1500 Otis Way, Florence, SC 29501)

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with one hour flexibility before or after)

Contract: 6-12+ Months

Position Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related projects to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and delivery of measurable business outcomes. This role requires managing budgets, timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams while driving beneficial change across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and product development functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and performance metrics.
• Lead planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
• Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, aligning expectations and gathering feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven project/program management expertise.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex portfolios and drive organizational change.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to program scope.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• PMP or PMI certification required.
• 3-5 years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain).
• Proven track record managing product development projects across all phases (requirements, design, testing, industrialization, delivery).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing large-scale commercial product programs.
