Remote Customer Operations Specialist - Growth & Support

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Operations Representative to support daily operational processes while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role serves as a critical link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Process customer orders, requests, and account updates accurately and efficiently. Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal departments (operations, logistics, billing, and technical teams) to address customer needs. Track and report on customer service metrics, including response time, resolution time, and satisfaction levels. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing guidance on products or services. Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, customer operations, or administrative support roles. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
