The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, and handling all administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and that no cleaning oversights remain. Throughout the morning you manage customer requests—changing Wi‑Fi codes, locating packages, guiding members to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and confirming services are charged correctly—for invoices to be accurate. You take quick coffee breaks, sort mail, and answer further customer inquiries, including emailing updates about packages. Lunch is a brief pause before more customers arrive in the afternoon, where you assist with printing, invoices, and service tickets for issues such as overheating team rooms. You then collaborate with the Community Manager to organize next week’s networking event. You design e‑invites, print posters, and share the center’s value with prospects. The day ends with you wrapping up meetings, guiding participants to nearby restaurants, and tidying the center before leaving.
