About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product to spearhead the transformation of its ERP and B2B eCommerce platform into a headless-first AI ERP. This pivotal role involves leading the product department, defining the product strategy, and taking full ownership of the AI product suite. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, shaping the product direction to align with the dynamic AI landscape. Responsibilities include delivering quarterly strategy reviews, owning the product hiring pipeline, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team. The VP of Product will also be instrumental in cross-departmental collaboration, particularly with the executive team and the Go-To-Market teams, to ensure the product vision is effectively communicated and executed. Candidates for the VP of Product role at the company should have a proven track record in building and running a product organization, with a strong technical foundation in modern SaaS and AI stacks. Experience in product expansion, a deep understanding of production system concerns, and real AI fluency are essential. The role requires a leader who is outcome-oriented, hands-on, and capable of managing a team through both successes and challenges. While not mandatory, experience in ERP, accounting, cannabis, or supply chain software is a bonus.
