What You’ll Do Welcome customers and learn about their needs, budget, and vehicle preferences. Help customers select vehicles and deliver engaging presentations and test drives. Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer messages. Follow up consistently, set appointments, and maintain accurate notes in our CRM. Work with sales and finance managers to create a smooth buying experience. Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Stay informed about our inventory, products, and available incentives. Take ownership of your goals and contribute to the success of the team. Who We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys meeting people and building relationships. A motivated individual who takes initiative and follows through. A strong communicator who is comfortable on the phone, in person, and through text and email. Someone who welcomes coaching and wants to keep improving. A dependable teammate who treats customers and coworkers with respect. Someone who is organized and comfortable using technology. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work Saturdays. Automotive sales experience is welcome, but it is not required.
